What is energy and electric power systems engineering with a thesis

The graduate thesis track is an academic research track, in which students write a scientific-engineering research paper (a thesis) with guidance from the best researchers in the field, and while addressing industry-relevant issues. The thesis written in the course of the program can serve as the basis for onward (doctoral) studies, and will allow students, among other things, to become lecturers, researchers, and faculty members at academic institutions of engineering studies. Additionally, the degree provides students with experience in comprehensive, in-depth academic scientific research, and deepens the scientific-engineering understanding required to further their career in this field and their position in the industry.

The purpose of the program – The research (thesis) track of the graduate program in energy and electric power systems engineering is a unique degree exclusive to Afeka. During the program, students write a scientific-engineering research paper (a thesis) with guidance from the best researchers in the field, and while addressing industry-relevant issues.
